Building's year of Construction and Work Permits

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

I am a tenant at 857 9 Avenue, New York since 1979
I Request the Department's Records with the exact record of year of construction for:
1) 855 9 Avenue Block 1065, Lot 33
2) 857 9 Avenue Block 1065, Lot 34
3) 859 9 Avenue Block 1065, Lots 35

-Request the records of HOW MANY independent structures were built on Lot 1065.
-Type of substructure, whether the constructions were, but not limited to being, tenement, balloon frame, reinforce etc
-Request Department of buildings APPROVED Work Permit for Demolition/Construction and Installation of a New Boiler for 855-857 9 Avenue, Block 1065, Lots 33 and 34
-Request Department of buildings APPROVED Work Permit for Demotion of supporting and non-supporting walls for 855-857 9 Avenue, Block 1065, Lots 33 and 34
-Request Department of buildings APPROVED Work Permit for the demolition/Construction of a Sun Roof on 855-857 9 Avenue, Block 1065, Lots 33 and 34

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
