Amazon HQ2 Bid - Finalist (Office of the Mayor)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

• A copy of the bid submitted by New York in response to Amazon's request for proposals for the site of its second headquarters — document(s) which would have been sent between September 1, 2017 through January 20, 2018 — and any supplemental materials provided to Amazon at the same time.

Other finalist cities have provided us with the bids they submitted, and they typically look something like the attached file (Boston's bid).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
