Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

All progress reports on rat mitigation in New York City's NYCHA buildings since July 2017, and breakdown of allocation of $32 million for rat mitigation efforts committed by Mayor De Blasio committed $32 million to mitigation efforts. Also, all rat-violated violations since July 2016, including details of promised "DSNY three-month enforcement blitz against illegal dumping at major NYCHA facilities to pilot tactics that can reduce rat food sources and habitat." Also, all DSNY outreach efforts since July 2017." The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
