2000 Harassment Complaint Filed Against Harvey Weinstein

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the harassment complaint filed against Harvey Weinstein by the journalist Andrew Goldman in November 2000. The existence of the complaint was reported that year by the New York Times:

"Yesterday, Mr. Goldman would say only that he had filed a harassment complaint with the police."

Please note that I am filing this request under the Freedom of Information Law, and have not obtained any waivers with regard to privacy protections. Please redact any information in the requested records that would require a privacy waiver.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
