This is in response to your recent Freedom of Information Law request for a copy of the articles of organization of WoofWoof LLC.

Woofwoof LLC filed its articles of organization with the Department of State on June 16, 2011. In addition to the articles of organization, Woofwoof LLC filed a certificate of publication on November 2, 2012.

Please be advised that copies of documents may be obtained by submitting a written request along with the appropriate fee to the New York State Department of State, Division of Corporations, One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Avenue, Suite 600, Albany, NY 12231. The statutory fee for a plain copy of a document is $5 and the statutory fee for a certified copy is $10. The Department of State has no authority to waive the statutory fee. The remittance should be made payable to the New York State Department of State.

Copy requests are usually processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt. The Division of Corporations offers an optional service for the expedited processing of copy requests. For an additional fee of $25, the Division will process the request within 24 hours. For an additional fee of $75, the Division will process the request on the same day it is received; and for an additional $150 fee, the Division will process the request within 2 hours. You may obtain expedited processing by submitting a separate non-refundable fee and placing the notation on the envelope and cover letter, "Attention: Expedited Handling."

You may submit your request via fax and pay the fee with a credit or debit card. The Department of State's Division of Corporations accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express for the payment of fees. To pay for a fee by using your credit or debit card simply complete and sign the Credit Card/Debit Card Authorization Form and submit it to the Division of Corporations with your request. You may access the Credit Card/Debit Card Authorization Form on our website at http://www.dos.ny.gov/corps/bcfaq.asp#creditcrd . You may fax requests for copies to the Division of Corporations at (518) 473-1654.
