A copy of the contract signed on behalf of the University of Buffalo Men's Basketball team to attend the 2018 Belfast Classic Basketball Tournament held November 29th, 30th and December 1st 2018 in Belfast, Ireland.

Pursuant to your request, under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Law, Article 6 of the Public Officers Law, a disclosable document responsive to your request is attached. Redactions have been made per section ยง87(2)(d) of the FOIL statute, "an agency may deny access to records, or portions thereof, which are trade secrets or are submitted to an agency by a commercial enterprise or derived from information obtained from a commercial enterprise and which if disclosed would cause substantial injury to the competitive position of the subject enterprise."
