Please be advised this request for public records was made by MuckRock, a public news site, as you should know.

Consequently, all your correspondence to me submitted in response to this request is a public record on this site. For that
reason, I purposely did not name the two judges I complained about, and submitted to MuckRock my request for public records
using only the complaint numbers your agency assigned to my two complaints about these two judges.

Thus, I believe no law has been violated by your recent email to me being posted on MuckRock, since no judge is named in
the request for public records or in your response.

However, I would like to point out to your agency the following fact, because MuckRock is read by journalists and others:

I very strongly and vehemently disagree with your agency's decision to dismiss my two complaints against these two judges,
both of whom are still on the bench the last time I checked.

I submitted more than enough evidence, and made a very thorough and detailed complaint about what happened to me,
and what happened to me was VERY VERY VERY WRONG.

The fact that your agency dismissed these two particular complaints tells me something is ALSO very wrong at your agency.

I sincerely hope by shedding as much sunshine as I possibly can on MuckRock as to the fact I made these two complaints might
someday result into a much needed investigation into your agency.

PS I hope that does not sound rude or unlawful. I am merely stating my opinion based on my experience: your agency, the Commission on Judicial Conduct, is not operating pursuant to its actual guidelines and procedures. If it were, your agency would have taken action on my two complaints, which again, were very detailed and thorough and supported by a lot of evidence I submitted. It was VERY WRONG of your agency to DISMISS my two complaints against these two judges.
