Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
All (a) customer complaints and/or comments and (b) maintenance requests and/or work orders submitted to the MTA between January 1, 2010 and that date that this request is procesed regarding the following stations on the 1 line:
---125 Street
---116th Street – Columbia University
---Cathedral Parkway (110 Street)
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Skelding:
Records relating to Cathedral Parkway (110th Street), 116th Street and 125th Street Stations responsive to your request have been made available to us in hard copy (not electronically). Accordingly, NYCTA cannot waive its fee and requests a check or money order to cover the copying fee (46 pages x $ .25 = $11.50) of this response.
If you are still interested in receiving the response to your request please send a check/money order in the amount of $11.50 payable to NYCTA to my attention at NYCTA, 130 Livingston Street, 12th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
