Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I request all State Liquor Authority records pertaining to a SLA licensee in Kings County (now defunct) commonly known as the "19th Hole." Its address was 1402 86 Street, Brooklyn, NY 11228. The establishment was active between January 1, 1970 to December 31, 1994, both dates being approximate and inclusive.
This request is inclusive of all applicable Subject Matter subheadings, including:

+ Counsel’s Office
+ Public Information
+ Hearing Bureau
To assist in searches for records, entities that may be listed as owners of the real estate in license applications and reviews included (not exhaustively):

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
