Records received by the Commission from June 2017 through May 2018, where origin is the NY State Senate, for all staff in the Office of Senator Martin J. Golden.

Financial Disclosure Statements;
Notices of Financial Disclosure Statement filing delinquencies;
Notices of civil assessments, or settlement agreements;
Documents required to be disclosed pursuant to Legislative Law Article 1-a;
Substantial Basis Investigation Reports issued by the Commission.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
