This is in response to your FOIL request submitted to the Department of State requesting "all records on Mount Vernon code enforcement officers Charlene Humphreys and Jaime Pessin. I would especially like to see their certifications."

The Department of State has conducted an extensive search for the requested records. The search of our records is complete and the responsive records are attached.

You have been provided with all records that the Department of State has on file, but note that the local building department may possess more records. After receiving your final response with responsive records attached, on June 3, 2023 you replied:

Also, can you please provide a date when both individuals had active certificates?
There is no date on these certificates.
