Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

(A) any and all emails, from September 1, 2017 to the date this request is processed, sent or received by Director of Operations Richard L. Kinney pertaining to the “Raise the Age” program (https://www.ny.gov/programs/raise-age-0). You may exclude from your search any spam, newsletters, or computer-generated messages.
(B) any and all emails, from September 1, 2017 to the date this request is processed, sent or received by Deputy Director of Operations Terry Moran pertaining to the “Raise the Age” program (https://www.ny.gov/programs/raise-age-0). You may exclude from your search any spam, newsletters, or computer-generated messages.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

With regard to your request for any and all emails from September 1, 2017 to the date the request is processed, sent or received by Terry Moran pertaining to the “Raised the Age” program, please be advised that, after a search of our files, please be advised that certain records are inter-agency or intra-agency material which are not statistical or factual tabulations or data, instructions to staff that affect the public or a final agency policy or determination. Such a record is not subject to FOIL pursuant to Public Officers Law §87(2)(g)(iii), and said records will therefore be withheld or redacted.
