Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request that the following records be emailed to me, if possible:
any and all records created or updated since January 1, 2014--including but not limited to reports, memoranda, correspondence, tasking orders, worksheets, notes, evaluations, and inspections--pertaining to (a) the South Troy Pool, located at or near 4th Street and Tyler Street in the city of Troy, New York; and (b) the Knickerbocker Pool, located at or near 104th Street and 7th Avenue in the city of Troy, New York.

Please also note that statistical or factual tabulations or data; instructions to staff that affect the public; and final agency policy or determinations cannot be withheld from the public under Section 87(2)(g) of Public Officers Law, Article 6.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

FOIL Request # 17-06-334 was closed on July 20, 2017. The responsive materials were too large to send via email so they were burned to a CD and mailed to you.
FOIL Request # 17-05-379 is open and a letter was emailed to you on August 25, 2017 indicating that our Office estimated that the review process will be complete by October 31, 2017. You should receive correspondence regarding your FOIL request by October 31, 2017.
