Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records from the New York State Athletic Commission:

Records of all licensed professional wrestling events held on the following dates (including, but not limited to, notification forms, inspector reports, proof of insurance, and correspondence between the commission and promoters):

February 25, 2017
April 22, 2017
April 23, 2017
June 25, 2017
October 14, 2017

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is in response to your request dated March 8, 2018, under New York's Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) in which you seek:

Records of all licensed professional wrestling events held on the following dates (including, but not limited to, notification forms, inspector reports, proof of insurance, and correspondence between the commission and promoters): February 25, 2017; April 22, 2017; April 23, 2017; June 25, 2017; October 14, 2017

The Department's search of our records is complete and disclosable records have been identified. The records are provided herewith at no charge.

State agencies are required by FOIL and the Personal Privacy Protection Law (Public Officers Law §§ 87[2][b], 89[2], and 96[1]) to redact the personal identifying information from these records that, if disclosed, could constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Accordingly, medical notes in the Physician's Reports, where they appeared in these records, have been redacted.

If any document has been withheld, or if any information has been redacted, or if you believe that you have not been provided all disclosable records responsive to your request, you have the right to treat this response as a partial denial. Pursuant to Public Officers Law § 89(4) you have the right to submit an appeal within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of this correspondence.
