Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all materials and plans regarding the production of goods by inmates within this jurisdiction's correctional industry program(s) in response to or preparation for existing or anticipated shortages or needs related to COVID-19.

In particular, materials responsive to this request would include those related to the production of hand sanitizer and other cleaning and sanitizing products.

Please also provide any available reports detailing previous production and sales of hand sanitizer by participants in this jurisdictions correctional industries programs.

Hi there,

Could you please clarify which tracking number is associated with which of my requests?

I believe one must be for this request regarding the correctional industries, one is related to other COVID-19 directives, and one is for the price list for the commissaries.

Thanks so much for your help.

All the best,

From: Department of Corrections and Community Supervision
