To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of oaths of offices for each of the current board members.
Copies of or information regarding surety or public school system faithful performance bonds and contact information for the bonding agent covering the board members as required by Subdivision 2 of Section 11 of the Public Officers Law and Subdivision 2(d) of Section 170 of the Commissioner's Regulations.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

If there is any confusion on the bond, It may be covered in the "Faithful Performance of Duty Coverage" section of your "Crime and Fidelity" policy. Providing a copy of this Insurance policy would be satisfactory for this request.

Attached, please find the records that you requested on January 28, 2022
under the Freedom of Information Act which are applicable to school
districts in New York State. Please note that the District does not
maintain individual security bonds for applicable public officers or
employees. Rather, as per NY State Public Officers Law Section 11(2), the
District maintains a blanket policy. I have provided the Crime & Fidelity
Policy pursuant to your second request dated January 31, 2022.
