This is in response to your Freedom of Information Law request to obtain copies of records. We will determine if any records are available that are subject to release pursuant to Public Officers Law. If the records are releasable, please be advised that a certified check or a money order to cover a reproduction charge of twenty-five cents per page is payable to MTA prior to release.

In light of New York State’s reduction in workforce as part of the ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays in response to FOIL requests.

Any security alerts issued to MTA/NYTC employees or signage displayed for MTA/NYTC workers from May 15, 2020 to whenever this request is processed, as well as any Security Incident Tracking System worksheets filled out by MTA employees between May 15, 2020 and the time this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
