From 01 January 2021 until the date of processing this request.The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. This is in response to your FOIL request submitted to the Department of State requesting Mount Vernon Building Code Council files of More Restrictive Local Standards of Building enforcement, any 1203 Annual Reports of Enforcement Activities by Mount Vernon, and a Review of Mount Vernon Code Enforcement Program. From 01 January 2021 until the date of processing this request.
