Memoranda and correspondence related to "swipers" (Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), Headquarters)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Records generated between 2003 and 2014 which mention the terms “swiper”, “swipers”, or “selling swipes”.
Including, but not limited to:
Memoranda or correspondence between the MTA and sub-entities, and the New York Police Department mentioning the terms “swiper” “swipers” or “selling swipes”.
Memoranda or correspondence between the MTA and sub entities and personnel of District Attorneys’ Office in New York, Kings, Queens, Richmond and Bronx counties mentioning the term “swiper”, “swipers” or “selling swipes”.
Memoranda or correspondence between any MTA entity and personnel of Cubic Corp or Cubic Transportation Systems or Cubic Transportation Solutions mentioning the term “swiper”, “swipers” or “selling swipes”.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
