To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
- any and all emails—from September 1, 2017 to the date this request is processed—sent or received by Guillermo Linares that pertain to the Excelsior Scholarship program. You may exclude from your search any spam, newsletters, or computer-generated messages.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. If my request is too broad or does not adequately describe the Records, please contact me so that I may clarify my request, and when appropriate inform me of the manner in which records are filed, retrieved or generated.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Luke Stoddard Nathan
