Murder investigation of his wife KATHLEEN SAVIO
interviews, police files, polygraph records,
any prior police records
2009 charges
and trial records

All files in relation to the homicide of 3rd wife: KATHLEEN SAVIO, 2004 including but not limited to:
Homicide investigation
crime scene reports and photos
any witness statements
autopsy and toxicology
any prior police records
2007 exhumation and forensic testing reports (by former New York City chief medical examiner, Michael Baden)
2008 2nd autopsy and findings

All files in relation to the disappearance of 4th wife: STACY PETERSON including but not limited to:
investigation into the disappearance
witness statements
any prior police records
police files

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
