To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Modeling, research memos, literature reviews, any other internal memoranda or reports informing the two following slides in a presentation given by Micah Lasher on the "Housing Compact" proposals announced in Governor Hochul's 2023 State of the State:

1) The projections that the statewide production targets, transit-oriented development, and regulation and tax relief changes will respectively unlock around 149,000, 190,000, and 56,000 homes each. [Attachment #1]

2) The review of other states' housing production plans, and any documents listing how New York's plan compares to them. [Attachments #2 and #3]

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
