Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all State Liquor Authority materials pertaining to the license associated with serial number 1025422. In addition, I request any and all SLA materials pertaining to licensees (active or inactive) which are responsive to these criteria:
+ County is New York
+ Actual premises address includes "Desbrosses Street."
+ At least one principal's last name is "Ponte"
The aforementioned criteria are broad with a mind toward a more exhaustive search for licensees than is possible using the Liquor Authority's public facing website, which may be possible using indices or databases available to the Records Access Officer.
All records covered under the SLA's FOIL Subject Matter List are of use and may include:
+ Licensing Materials
+ Board Materials / Secretary’s Office
+ Enforcement
+ Counsel’s Office
+ Public Information
+ Hearing Bureau
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
