Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
All information pertaining to a liquor license for R.I.B.S. INC (listed as "R I B S Inc") which last held a license with the serial number 1011932.
Please note that "R.I.B.S. INC" is listed on the SLA's Public License Query page as holding a liquor license beginning 2010, but it is likely to have have first applied for a license as early as its first year of incorporation (listed by NYS Department of State as 1996).
My thanks, in advance, for your time and consideration.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
