Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all documents and communications with BOCES in regards to school board elections for the past 60 days.
Any and all documents and communications with NYSSBA in regards to school board elections for the past 60 days.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Syosset Central School District acknowledges receipt of your Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request. Specifically, you have requested information listed in your below email.
Please be advised that the District is in the process of reviewing your request and will provide a response to said request by either granting or denying the request in whole or in part by June 8, 2022, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Law. However, if circumstances prevent the disclosure of the materials sought by June 8, 2022, the District will contact you in writing to provide a reason for the inability to grant the request within such time period. In the event that documents which are responsive to your request are available prior to June 8, 2022, the District will make them available to you at that time.
