Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) The policy statement outlining the processes and criteria according to which officials nominate, consider and approve names for the no-fly list, selectee list and extended selectee list.

2) All information, documents, records, and communications within the TSA and/or between TSA and the FBI regarding attendees of the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol rally and their inclusion on the no-fly list, selectee list and extended selectee list from Jan. 6, 2021 through the present. I am requesting copies of all information, records, emails, phone logs/transcripts, letters, notes, memoranda, and all electronic or non-electronic communications/records/information related to aforementioned events and aforementioned parties.

2a) All information regarding the criteria used specifically against the American citizens mentioned in section 3) and which judges approved of this request.

3) All information, documents, records, and communications within the TSA and/or between TSA and the FBI using the search terms "Nick Fuentes," "Nicholas Fuentes," "Nicholas J. Fuentes," "America First," Lauren Witzke," "AFPAC," or "Groypers," and Baked Alaska aka Anthione (Tim) Gionet.

4) The names of the federal agents who signed off on the process of assigning a no fly list designation to all members and American citizens mentioned in section 3).

In the event that the contents of the requested document are classified under Executive Order 13526, I also make the following additional requests:

I am requesting that each document be considered individually and released as fully as possible.

Pursuant to section 1.2 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting the level of classification of this information and its existence/nonexistence.

Pursuant to section 1.3 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting the specific authority which classified this information.

Pursuant to section 1.4 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting the specific classification categories of this information, as well as an identification or description of the damage to national security which the disclosure of this information would produce.

Pursuant to section 1.5 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting the specific duration of time for which this classification will stand.

Pursuant to section 1.6 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting all classification markings about this information, including (1) one of the three classification levels defined in section 1.2 of Executive Order 13526, (2) the identity, by name and position, or by personal identifier, of the original classification authority, (3) the agency and office of origin, if not otherwise evident, (4) declassification instructions, and (5) a concise reason for classification that, at a minimum, cites the applicable classification categories in section 1.4 of Executive Order 13526.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

Estimated Dates of Completion
Requests are processed in the order in which they are received through our multi-track processing system. Requests are divided into two primary tracks--simple (under 50 pages of potentially responsive documents) and complex (over 50 pages of potentially responsive documents). Complex requests are further divided into medium, large, and extra-large sub-tracks based upon request size. Simple track requests typically require the least amount of time to process. Currently, simple track cases average approximately 152 days from the date of receipt for processing. Our complex requests in the medium processing track are currently averaging 922 days, large processing track are currently averaging approximately 1,964 days, and extra-large processing track are currently averaging 2,360 days for processing.
