Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
any and all records--including inspection reports, assessments, studies, permits, test results, complaints, investigations, referrals, memoranda, and correspondence--created, updated, or obtained by the agency since January 1, 2016 that pertain to the Ferry Street Tunnel in the city of Troy (in Rensselaer County).
