Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
-All department policies for state police officers responding to incidents of domestic violence
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

There was an error in processing your request dated October 13, 2017, in which you were sent our correspondence seeking payment as well as the requested records. Kindly remit payment as soon as possible in the amount of $5.50, pursuant to the statutory fee of $0.25 per page (Public Officers Law 87 (1)(b)(iii)). The check or money order should be made payable to the "Superintendent of State Police" and forwarded directly to Central Records at Building 22, 1220 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York 12226.
