Thank you very much, Nadene. I just mailed a check in the amount of $2.00 for an electronic disc. Given the period of remote work that we're in, could you please mail the disc to the return address that you'll find on the check and envelope?
Warmly,
Daniel

Good afternoon Nadene,
Thank you for your letter about the NY DOCCS FOIL logs. I greatly appreciate the updates on the progress of my records request. I previously mailed your office a check in the amount of $2.00. Was it received, and was the disc for the 2018 FOIL logs already sent out?
If possible, I would prefer to wait for all the remaining records to be assembled and mailed out on a single disc (or on the smallest number of discs that will accommodate these files). I hope this will reduce the administrative burden on both ends. Can you please let me know if this approach will incur a fee on top of the $2.00 that was previously submitted?
I would be grateful if you could continue to update me as each year's FOIL log is processed, as that gives me insight into the timeline for the completion of the request.
With thanks,
Daniel

Good morning-
The disc for the 2018 logs was already created and placed into the mail.
The disc for the 2019 logs will be created upon payment.
The 2020 logs are not complete at this time.
If you wish to wait to receive the 2019/2020 logs on one disc we may try to do so, however the current anticipated date on these is 5/20/2021 unless you hear otherwise in writing.
Please advise.
Thank you,
Nadene

Thank you very much, Nadene. Please consolidate all remaining records (including 2019, 2020, and whatever portion of 2021 has elapsed when the rest of the request is processed) onto a single disc if possible. No problem if it takes a little while to finish processing. I will mail you a check for $2.00 today.
Warmly,
Daniel
