Todays date is 8/10/22 and I have not received a determination or writing as described in your 5/17 response. Please advise on the status of my FOIL request.
If there is no records responsive to my request, I am requesting the NYS Police FOIL Unit certify that it does not have possession of such records or that such record cannot be found after a diligent search pursuant to NYS FOIL ยง89 3. (a). Thank you.
