Results of the audit ordered by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, reviewing compliance under the "Enough is Enough" law (https://www.governor.ny.gov/news/governor-cuomo-orders-comprehensive-statewide-review-compliance-enough-enough-law-protect) at Corning Community College
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Ms. Nason:
I am writing in response to your requests for records pertaining to Gov.
Cuomo's statewide compliance review with Education Law Article 129B.
After review and discussion with campus personnel, I was informed that the
College did not receive any notification in writing. The College's status,
deemed to be in compliance by reviewers in Albany, was communicated to the
Director of Human Resources of the College via a telephone call.
Director Nicholas indicated that the only documentation in regards to this
audit can be found in the Governor's report.
