From: Emily Corwin
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) The most recent of any regularly issued report created by or provided to your department documenting fees for community supervision collected by your staff or by any other entity tasked with performing collections for your agency
2) The most recent of any regularly issued report created by or provided to your department documenting unpaid fees for community supervision owed to your department.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Emily Corwin

Many thanks, Nadine.
I've just put a check in the mail. Of course, if it is possible to send the records via email, dropbox or some other online mechanism that is my preference as I don't have a CD reader any longer. In that case, you can destroy the check when it arrives. If the CD is the only way, however, I'll include my mailing address below so you have it available.

Good morning Emily-
Unfortunately we do not use Dropbox or online mechanisms for document sharing.
You may have copies mailed to you or a disc sent. Any computer that has a DVD reader should be able to read the disc.
Thank you,
