- the (a) official calendar or planner or schedule and (b) office visitor log(s) of RoAnn M. Destito that encompass the time period of June 5, 2017 through June 16, 2017.
If my request is too broad or does not adequately describe the Records, please contact me so that I may clarify my request, and when appropriate inform me of the manner in which Records are filed, retrieved or generated.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Enclosed is material in response to your Freedom of Information Request Number 6172 for "the (a) official calendar or planner or schedule and (b) office visitor log(s) of RoAnn M. Destito that encompass the time period of June 5, 2017 through June 16, 2017."
The records you requested are available and have been enclosed herewith, but have been redacted to obscure certain identifying information pertaining to individuals. These redactions are made pursuant to Sections 87(2)(b) and 89(2)(b) of the Public Officers Law (POL), and are intended to avoid the unwarranted invasion of personal privacy of individuals.
Further, pursuant to POL Section 87(2)(i), the call-in numbers and access codes for conference calls have been redacted, as the release of this information could interfere with the secured use of this resource. POL Section 87(2)(i) provides that an agency may deny access to records which, if disclosed would jeopardize an agency's capacity to guarantee the security of its information technology assets.
The Freedom of Information Law affords you the opportunity to appeal this decision within thirty days of the above date to the Commissioner of General Services, whose office is located on the 41st Floor, Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12242.
