- the (a) official calendar or planner or schedule and (b) office visitor log(s) of Howard A. Zucker that encompass the time period of June 5, 2017 through June 16, 2017.
If my request is too broad or does not adequately describe the Records, please contact me so that I may clarify my request, and when appropriate inform me of the manner in which Records are filed, retrieved or generated.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Department of Health is currently processing your request. We apologize for any delay. We receive between 500-600 FOIL requests per month. When we receive a response from program it must be reviewed for responsiveness, FOIL exemptions and legal privileges. This can be time consuming. You should receive an update on July 21, 2017.

I believe you are requesting the status of two different FOILs. Below please find an update as to the status of each:
1. 17-06-334: Requesting log of all requests for agency records. This request was closed on July 14, 2017 and the materials were mailed to: Dept. MR 38002 Somerville, MA 02144
2. 17-06-335: Requesting records for expenditures of social media. This request is still open and we are currently working on it. There is a current due date of 11/30/17 (as the extension letter was emailed on 9/25/17).
