From: Sam Mellins
Hello,
I am appealing this denial of my FOIL request. Gaining access to these emails is my right as a New Yorker seeking to understand the court system's process for providing access to parties with disabilities. The court system's designated email address is an irreplaceable source of information for this prupose, and emails sent from it likely contain "instructions to staff that affect the public."
If any information in these emails would constitute an invasion of personal privacy, I request that that information be redacted.
Accordingly, my FOIL request should be granted.
From: New York State Office of Court Administration
Please find attached OCA’s determination on your appeal of this FOIL matter.
Kind regards,
Michael Siudzinski
