From: T. McElwee
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Section 1.23 of the rules and regulations of the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor ("Access to records"), I hereby request the following:
To the extent practicable and on rolling basis if necessary, a copy of any electronic index or indices containing the names and final dispositions for Petitions, Applications for Licensure/Registration and Suspension/Revocation Proceedings. The existence of such an index or indices is implied by charts in Annual Reports that tally cases by type and by disposition.
To clarify, the request is for all records which are in electronic format (e.g., a database), regardless of original date the case. These records should be exported to a machine readable format (such as Comma Separated Value text file, or ".csv", or Excel spreadsheet, or ".xlsx"). They should not be printouts or scans.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Sincerely,
T. McElwee
