109 Gourmet, et al, liquor violations (State Liquor Authority)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

The following documents:

-- the liquor license of each of the below corporations
-- all documents related to the each of the below corporations obtaining said licenses
-- all documents related to violations of each's license
-- all documents related to disciplinary proceeding, penalties, or license revocations on account of each's violations

For the following registered New York State corporations (both active and inactive):

-- WEST 109 GOURMET DELI INC. (DOS ID #: 2652244)
-- 109 GOURMET DELI CORP. (DOS ID #: 2804997)
-- 109 DELI GROCERY INC. (DOS ID #: 3011284)
-- 109 SPICY GOURMET DELI INC (DOS ID #: 4571889)

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
