Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

.The memorandum of agreement (MOA) or memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Defense Logistics Agency, Disposition Services regarding the 1033 equipment surplus program administered by the DLA Law Enforcement Support Office for the years 2015 through 2020

Included in this request are:
1) The actual inventory of the equipment New York law enforcement agencies received via the 1033 program. Preferably in spreadsheet (Excel or OpenOffice) format.
2) The current MOA with the Defense Logistics Agency for the 1033 program

The MOA and inventory data was last provided in response to FOIA request in October 2014, and this request is pursuant to the documents for the following 5 years.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
