Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

On behalf of the faculty, staff and students of Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, we are requesting complete copies of the 2017 Compensation Survey conducted at LSU Health Sciences Center-New Orleans by the Compensation Initiative described in the Chancellors emailed memorandum dated November 15, 2015 and completed in 2017. We request both copies of the salary survey itself (which is in Microsoft Excel). These should be public records under Louisiana R.S. 44 as it relates to financial transactions (salary payments - both current and future) by a state agency (LSU).

We additionally request a response to include the membership of the Compensation Committee referenced in the 2015 email announcement, and what was their experience and qualifications ?

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
