Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- (1) Police/Arrest Report dated 10/10/18
Williams, Brian DOB 12-31-81
Kenner, Louisiana
- Any and All documents and records pertaining to the above arrest.
- Transcripts of all radio and police communications traffic dated 10/10/18, from the hours of 1430 to 1620.
- All body camera footage from every officer who made contact with Williams, Brian on 10/10/18

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please note that many records remain unavailable while City network infrastructure, systems, and applications are offline and inaccessible. If the records you request are not available due to the cyber attack, we will close your request and advise that you resubmit your request at a future date. We appreciate your patience while the Office of Information Technology and Innovation works to restore all City operations to normal.
