Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Complete payroll records by week for FY 2019 and FY2020 for all New Orleans Department employees.
This should also include overtime pay (see: https://nola.gov/getattachment/NOPD/Policies/Chapter-13-15-Overtime-Payment-Requests-EFFECTIVE-1-14-18.pdf/)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS UPDATE. DELAYS POSSIBLE. LIMITED STAFFING AVAILABLE TO FULFILL REQUESTS
Due to the recent mandates from the Governor and the Mayor requiring persons to stay at home, City government on-site staffing is reduced and services limited to reduce the spread of COVID-19 (commonly referred to as Coronavirus). Accordingly, please be advised that the City may not be able to fulfill your request at this time due to reduced staffing. We appreciate your patience and ask that you visit ready.nola.gov for the most up-to-date information on the City’s response to the COVID-19.

CYBER ATTACK UPDATE. DELAYS POSSIBLE. CERTAIN RECORDS UNAVAILABLE
In light of the City Hall cyber attack on Friday, December 13th, 2019, please be advised that it may take longer than usual to fulfill your request. Please note that many records remain unavailable while City network infrastructure, systems, and applications are offline and inaccessible. If the records you request are not available due to the cyber attack, we will close your request and advise that you resubmit your request at a future date. We appreciate your patience while the Office of Information Technology and Innovation works to restore all City operations to normal.

Ultimately, I am requesting payroll reports sufficient to show the total earned pay (including overtime) itemized for each officer within your agency through every month in the years established within my original request.
