Dear Ms. Komatsoulis,

On August 7, 2018, we received your request for a copy of any and all contracts (including associated amendments and exhibits) awarded to Pepsi, Coca-Cola, or any subdivision thereof, for the provision of beverages.
Attached please find a copy of the Pepsi Contract that includes the requested information. Note, PepsiCo has redacted the information considered proprietary.

Pursuant to The Inspection of Public Records Act, a records custodian may charge reasonable fees for copying public records. New Mexico State University will provide the first 20 pages at no charge and charges $0.25 per printed page thereafter. Payment in advance may be required. If documents are requested electronically, a fee will be assessed for the actual cost of downloading, copying and/or transmitting of records including personnel time involved. In this case, and because the university can provide the information in an electronic format, there is no fee. With this transmittal, we now consider this matter to be closed.
