Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
Records pertaining to fees paid to specific firms managing NMERB investments. I request either a year-by-year, firm-by-firm itemized list of all fees paid to the specific firms, or copies of all checks, receipts or money transfers documenting fees paid by NMERB to the specific firms. The following are the specific firms this request covers -- for your reference, I have listed the NMERB investments associated with these firms, but I am requesting all records of all fees paid to these firms, whether in connection with the specific investments, or otherwise:
- Invesco (NMSIC investment: Invesco Asia Real Estate)
- Macquarie (NMSIC investments: Macquarie Infrastructure Partners IV, L.P.; Macquarie Asia Infrastructure Fund LP)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. Newsweek/IBT is an award-winning journalism outlet and these forms will contribute to the public's understanding of the way government works.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
