This is in response to your October 20, 2018 IPRA request (tracking number 18-427).
Pursuant to your IPRA request, regarding item 1, NMCD has no responsive documents. Inmates work with transition coordinators pre-release, and are given verbal options as to housing, education, etc. The Department has no documents responsive to your request 1.
Regarding item 2, the attached policies and procedures deal with pre-release, not post-release. NMCD has no further responsive documents
Regarding item 3, I have attached a report run by OMS, for your review. There are no additional responsive documents.
Regarding item 4, I have attached a recidivism analysis for your review. There are no additional responsive documents.
Regarding your item 5, there are thousands of inmates that come into and are thereafter released from the system. NMCD does not statistically track inmate housing status pre-incarceration or post-release, and therefore has no responsive documents.

The Department has now fully responded to your request as it understand that request, and is closing this matter.
