To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
A copy of the most recent database maintained by this agency detailing government employee compensation across the state.
I am specifically requesting that this release include, for each State employee, the following: Name of Employee, Age, Gender, Ethnicity, Job Title, Agency/department, City/location in which employee is stationed, and Earnings.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
Please see the attached response to your June 24, 2015 request.
Would any other agencies have the additional information, including age, gender, ethnicity, and location of employees?
Thank you for your help!
I am not aware of any agency that maintains centralized data on employees’ age, gender, ethnicity, and location.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything further.
