In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This office received your November 29, 2014 Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA) request electronically, and is in the process of reviewing it. Pursuant to Section 14-2-8 (D) of IPRA, the Department will further respond to your request by December 13, 2014. The Department will indicate that you can inspect any responsive documents, and/or will provide an objection to all or part of your request, within fifteen (15) days (on or before December 13, 2014). However, if, pursuant to Section 14-2-10, the Department determines that it will need more time to comply with your request because it is excessively burdensome or broad, it will notify you of this fact on or before December 13, 2014, and also provide you with an estimate of how much additional time the Department will need to comply with your request.

Hello Ms. Earl,
Thank you very much for these materials! I'd like to clarify some things.
• On the third page, which details information from 2009 and 2010: are the visible elements properly aligned? It seems as though the first four columns belong to the line below the visible elements in the last four columns.
• Is the fifth page blank or redacted?
• Is the record for 2010 and the last record, which reference Central New Mexico Correctional, included on purpose?
• Can you confirm that there are no reports from New Mexico Women's Correctional Facility for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013?
