Mr. Bronshtein, I received your emailed sunshine request this morning, Tuesday, June 16, 2020. If you emailed me a request on June 11th as stated, I did not receive it. As required by the Sunshine Law, I will have a response to you by the third day, Friday, June 19, 2020 as to when and if we can provide you with the information requested. Mr. Bronshtein, please see the response to your questions as listed in your email:

1. All RFI, RFQ, RFP's are submitted by the engineers handling the specific projects that the City is undertaking. So those companies would be the ones that create the ads and receive the bids for the City.

1. The software that we use for all of our financial needs is Incode by Tyler Technologies
2. The cost of this software last year was $19,000.00
3. This program was purchased a very long time before I came to work here and there are no digital records. What we pay for now is support and upgrades and there is no contract as it depends on our usage and needs for the year. Last year was an exceptional year as we needed major changes to the software in order to interface with our automated meter program installation.
4. I have no knowledge about the usage of the ERP system as contracted engineers handle this.
