Trump For America, Inc. 501(c)(4) Filings & Communications

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the non-profit status filings of Trump For America, Inc., a 501(c)(4) based in New Jersey. For reference, this is the non-profit supporting the transition team for the Office of the President Elect and of the Vice President Elect.

I also request any communications sent between representatives of Trump For America, Inc., and either the New Jersey Department of the Treasury or Division of Taxation. You may limit this part of the request to documents generated between August 1, 2016 and the date that this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
