The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

We are in the process of completing a thorough search and review for records specifically responsive to your request, and also in light of the laws governing OPRA requests, and the Department of Transportation's document retention policies.
Therefore, the Department of Transportation requires an additional extension until
May 31, 2013.
We will do our best to provide these records to you as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience and assistance.
