Dear Ms Garrity:

This will respond to the referenced request for government records. The request is overbroad and fails to identify the specific record requested. Therefore, the government records law, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., obliges me to deny the request.

The Office of the Commissioner typically does not maintain government records relating to retail food establishments or disease outbreaks. Should you wish to submit a more specific request that identifies the records requested, you might want to submit it to the Division of Epidemiology, Environmental, and Occupational Health, through the website at https://www.nj.gov/health/opra/requests/.

Sincerely,

Genevieve Raganelli, Regulatory Officer
Custodian of Records for the Office of the Commissioner
